February 13, 2019 – Concord, ON – Employees of DLB Group Ltd. joined the Building Union of Canada (BUC) and unanimously ratified their first Collective Agreement. DLB directly employs all classifications of Labourers who perform work in the all sectors of construction in Ontario. “We are looking forward to a long lasting and productive partnership with DLB and their employees.” says Stephen Bromell, Vice President/Secretary Treasure of the BUC.
Tony Cordeiro stated “We are very excited for the opportunity these employees have given us to work and grow together with DLB.” “We are also very grateful to the employees for giving us a unanimous vote on our Collective Agreement.”
Stephen Bromell also stated “The Collective Agreement we negotiated with DLB which was supported by 100% of their employees includes a total wage package increase of over 28% over the next three years as well as a comprehensive Health Benefits Plan and a Defined Contribution Pension Plan.”
