February 13, 2019 – Concord, ON – Employees of Lucid Control Systems Limited unanimously ratified their first Collective Agreement with the BUC. This first Agreement includes a total wage package increase of almost 18% over the three years. The new Collective Agreement includes a comprehensive health benefits plan, a defined contribution pension plan, a 10% shift premium and safety and equipment training provided by the BUC.
Lucid directly employs Electricians and Apprentices who perform work in all sectors of construction in Ontario. “The employees and Employer seem excited about the future and their potential to grow.” states Tony Cordeiro, Field Representative of the BUC. “We will help them attain their goals over the next three years and beyond.”
