Concord, ON – The Building Union of Canada is pleased to announce they have entered into a collective agreement with Talvan Construction (Talcon) Inc. The Agreement covers all construction employees including all construction Labourers and concrete workers. It also includes the highest wage rates for the classifications we will represent in the Province of Ontario as well as a comprehensive health benefits plan and defined contribution pension plan.
