Concord, ON – Construction employees working for Innovative Civil Constructors Inc. and Eiffage Innovative Canada Inc. unanimously ratified the new terms of their Collective Agreement.
The new Agreement includes significant increases on hourly wages of up to 46.6% as well as increases to the Health Benefits and Pension Plans and a new bereavement leave. The Agreement also includes an increase in lodging allowance and a $1,000 bonus.
“Negotiations were a real struggle,” says Tony Cordeiro, Field Representative of the BUC. “But both parties finally came to an Agreement that the Members of BUC can be proud of. We are grateful to our Members for standing with us to get this great Agreement.”
