February 24th, 2021 – Concord, ON –The Building Union of Canada are happy to announce they have completed negotiations with ICCI/EIFFAGE in respect to Board Area 8 with great success. After carefully consulting with the membership, Tony Cordeiro, Business Representative for the BUC and Eiffage have agreed to a 2.5 % wage increase per year, and the following valuable improvements to the existing collective agreement;
- $250 boot allowance
- Up to $800 per week LOA
- Bereavement Leave
- $0.10 increase in benefits
- $0.60 training fund
- $0.80 industry fund.
The BUC is proud to continue building their relationship with ICCI/EIFFAGE with this latest agreement, and most importantly our members will benefit moving forward.
