Tuesday March 16th, 2020 – Concord, ON – BUC Members working for DYNAK ratified their second Collective Agreement with the BUC. The new Agreement includes an improved Health Benefits Plan, Pension contribution increases and a 2.5% hourly wage increase per year. A $3/hour premium for foremen and a 42.5/hour work week were also secured, followed by a generous $200 signing bonus for our valued members.
The negotiations confirmed that DYNAK and the BUC are pledged to continue their mutually beneficial relationship, which resulted in our members realizing the rewards moving forward.
