Friday March 19, 2020 – Concord, ON – BUC Members working for Ledcor Projects Eastern Limited unanimously ratified their first Collective Agreement. The new Agreement includes an improved Health Benefits Plan, Pension contribution increases of between $1.23 – $2.36/hour, hourly wage increases of between $2.71 – $6.00/hour, improved over-time trigger, annual boot allowance, signing bonus and total package increases of between 10% – 45%.
“The negotiations took some time but we achieved the results we were aiming for.” said Tony Cordeiro, Field Representative for the BUC. “We can now look forward to a productive Partnership with Ledcor.”
