May 31, 2019 – Concord, ON – The BUC represents all Construction Labourers working for The Daniels Group Inc. including those Labourers that operate Man and Material Hoists. Approximately two years ago LIUNA attempted to raid the BUC for those Labourers that are operating the Man and Material hoists. The OLRB ruled against LIUNA and in favour of the BUC.
