DELZAP CONSTRUCTION LTD. EMPLOYEES JOIN THE BUC

Concord, ON – Employees of Delzap Construction Ltd. joined the Building Union of Canada and unanimously endorsed their first collective agreement which will run for three years.

The employees joined the BUC in early June, 2017.

The Agreement includes competitive wages, a comprehensive Health Benefits Plan and $4.00 per hour contributed into their Defined Contribution Pension Plan.

“I think negotiations went very well because the employees and Employer saw that the BUC was sincere in their partnership approach to labour relations and know we want to work with them so they can be successful” says Stephen Bromell, Secretary Treasurer of the BUC. “We are very pleased with the relationship we have forged with Delzap Construction Ltd and their employees. The BUC is committed to helping this company grow and succeed by providing the proper training they require and introducing them to our other partners who are in need of top quality property maintenance services.”
